Centre of judicial policy of the government, the Ministry covers the judicial organization and carries out administrative functions related to civil and criminal justice, such as: management of notary archives, monitoring on professional orders and colleges, management of personal records, international cooperation, the administration of the pardon requests to propose to the President of the Republic.
